Work matters.

The corporate world presents many unique design challenges that can be both fun and exciting. At ServiceNow, a digital workflow leader, we began a small group of designers who have since grown with some of the finest creatives in the SaaS sector. During my time collaborating with internal and external design professionals, we successfully rebranded and transformed the customer's work experience. Our focus was on creating a world-class identity that would enhance customer journeys across all channels. Working closely with vendor partners, I developed systems and tools that helped us scale globally and deliver a unique brand experience for our customers, employees, and agencies.

ServiceNow makes work, work better for people.

Marks and logos are the recognizable symbols of any brand. At ServiceNow, they convey a story and commitment to the brand and technology in service of people. The design of these logos and show marks reflects the focus on customers and employees in the world of work.

It all begins with a well-thought-out plan with a straightforward foundation that's proven to elicit customer and team members success. It's important to pay close attention to how we use graphics, color, fonts, photography, data visualizations, language, and even small details like pillows can have an impact on the overall brand. A plan will help you look great, sound great, and present your best self in this digital era.

Events provide us with an opportunity to connect with customers and introduce ourselves to potential clients globally. Our aim is to inspire people, educate them on ways to bring a better work environment to life, and connect them with our community of customers, experts, and partners.

Plus have a little fun along the way.

The ServiceNow Furniture Art Direction takes a contemporary approach to the Mid-Century Modern style, resulting in a cohesive and unified environment. The design features bold graphics that enhance where it's placed, not making it the focal point of the surroundings. All furniture and accessories are carefully chosen to complement the graphics, rather than competing for attention. Additionally, the use of different surfaces, such as fabrics and real plants, creates depth and dimension, enhancing the overall look and feel of the environment

Ok, so sales conferences are always unique. Working with illustrator Tavis Coburn, we created a fun way to Turbo Charge their year.

Work. It’s where we spend a third of our lives and shapes who we are, how we feel, and how we interact with the world. So we must create great work experiences. Experiences that bring out the best in us. When we’re at our best, we make everything around us better. Our jobs, our coworkers, and our employers benefit. And our lives benefit even more. Because by making the world of work, work better for people, we make the world work better, too..
